Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 3 Days Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
Returns/exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Product defect
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp and provide relevant pictures/videos of the issue.
Parcel Opening Policy
For security and quality reasons, customers are not allowed to open the parcel at the time of delivery before payment.
Customers must receive the sealed parcel. If you find any issue after opening the package, contact us within 3 days, and our team will assist you according to our return and exchange policy.
Return Conditions
Products must be sealed and unused for return or exchange.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Returns will only be accepted after approval from our customer support team.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
